Who Is This Person Writing About Itchy Skin Conditions?

Hi my name is Greg. Let me tell you a bit about myself and my itchy skin condition. I live in New Zealand with my wife and four sons, no daughters unfortunately. Hopefully there will be a few daughter-in-laws and granddaughters in the not too distant future.

I was brought up in a small South African country town by the name of Kokstad and enjoyed the country life style of the district. As a keen member of the 1^stKokstad Scout Troop, we often went camping and tramping in the outdoors and thus started my love of outdoor activities.

My last three years of schooling were spent at Weston Agricultural College. Besides studying agricultural subjects, we also worked on the college farm learning the practical side of farming.

With an agricultural background I pursued work in the farming sector and worked in a managerial capacity on sugar cane farms and commercial forestry plantations.

A number of years later I changed career direction and started working in sales. The truth be known I was never really all that comfortable with the career change and one thing led to another and I ended up working in the tire industry.

After about 16 years of being involved with the tire industry I have specialized in a particular area of the business, to do with Tire Management, with particular emphasis on Cost Per Kilometer (CPK) contracts and the technology used to manage and report various aspects of this niche.

In 2000 my family and I emigrated from South Africa to New Zealand and settled in Auckland, with the intention of providing a better future for my family. I am now happy to say that this goal has been realized and we love the Kiwi's and the New Zealand life style and look forward to living here for the rest of our lives.

A few years back I started to get period outbreaks of a mild itchy skin condition. Initially I did not take much notice of it as it did not really bother me that much. There came a point where the itchy skin symptoms started to increase in intensity. I would break out with red bumps on my skin that had an incessant need to be scratched. Scratching these red bumps eventually caused the skin surface to be ruptured and vesicle fluid would ooze out from these red bumps. The itch cycle continued... ad infinitum.

This lead me to reasearch what was causing this malidy and how I could treat or prevent it. I came to understand that I had developed a skin inflamation condition called Allergic Contact Eczema. My research indicated that I could get relief from eczema.

Today I am happy to report that I live a itchy skin free life and the reason for me publishing this website so that I can share with you some possible solutions you could use to get relief from eczema.
